The best place for seafood boils in the OC!

I've been going to Fire Crab since they've opened! Co-owner Chi started to recognize me since I was in so often! I absolutely love it here!

Eld Inlets are my favorite oysters. They're creamy, sweet, and FAT! If it's available, you have to try it. Even my oyster virgin friends said it's good!

Of course summer is the best time for crawfish and They always make sure they have the freshest and fattest shipment of crawfish. It's no joke how nice and big they are. Even the claws are big enough to hide a bit of meat.

The sauce is perfect for me! Not salty at all and packed with garlic.... seriously. They probably use 5 whole garlic for each bag. I get the garlic butter mild but it's just as flavorful as the combination sauce you find at every Cajun boil restaurant. The fire sauce is good but a bit saltier!

Spice levels are no joke! Mild is a good time, but medium can mess me up. I've tried the spicy and it's only for the experienced!!

I know I just ate here yesterday but thinking about it again makes me crave it. Even the chicken wings and garlic noodles are amazing too.

Best of all, Chi is usually working as a waitress! She's an amazing mother of two (I think it's two! I'm losing track), manages the restaurant with her husband, and serves customers as well! She's knowledgeable, friendly, with an amazing memory!! I've been gone a year since I moved to NYC but she still remembers my regular order. So sad I won't be around to eat this more often!!
