Can you believe it's already September? Time is flying right by. We're fast approaching our 7 year anniversary! What should we do? Let us know! In the mean time, do as this picture says. Don't labor this weekend, especially when it comes time to decide on where to go for lunch or dinner. We still have live crawfish so come on in this weekend and get them while we still got them. And, of course, you'll have to labor a little bit over peeling the crawfish but it's so well worth it. It won't feel like work at all.
For this Thanksgiving, we are thankful that Louisiana Crawfish is already back in stock! Come on in for some seafood which also includes shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster tails, and/or crab legs. And to make things even more interesting this year, we've decided to open on Thanksgiving Day! From noon till 6pm. Come on and get some live crawfish for Thanksgiving, something you can truly be thankful for.
It's officially over. The crawfish drought for the year is over. Yes, you may come in and order pounds and pounds of live Louisiana crawfish once again. Don't come in all at once. Otherwise, we might run out again, hehe. Just kidding. We have plenty! You can also get shrimp, clams, and mussels as well. Cause, you know, you should always mix it up once in a while. Don't forget that we have an incredible menu of other, awesome Cajun grub that you can also order. Come have your next gathering at the Fire Crab! We'd love to see ya!
Finally we get some rain! Woohoo! Too bad the freeways get all crazy as soon as some rain drops start to fall. Anyway, it's pouring inside the Fire Crab, too! Yes, we're always pouring our sauces all over our seafood combos, especially our crawfish! Come on in and take advantage of our live crawfish inventory while we still have them in stock! Stay dry out there and come on in. But for goodness sake, please drive carefully.
Okay, we know y'all have been craving for some live crawfish. It's the best way to kick off this new year! Our shipments of live crawfish are coming in daily so come on by and get your pounds of it today! We know you want it so we've got it! Of course, we're gonna cook them up and drench them in our Cajun sauce before we serve them to you so don't expect them to be alive at your table. If you want proof, feel free to ask our server. They'll gladly show you a few of the suckers that you'll be eating later on. Just to forewarn you though, they're not that good looking. But they are great-tasting!
You really have the option to combine whatever seafoods you like at the Fire Crab. A current favorite is crawfish and clams, since live crawfish is still barely in season. It could run out at any time now. We're open from 3pm till 10pm on the weekdays, and from noon till 10pm on the weekends. We hope to see everyone real soon.
We're not sure if this feisty little crawfish is being suggestive or telling you off but either way, you should just do what it says and eat it. It's a simple request. Of course, we'll cook it up for ya. Just pick what sauce you'd like and how how you want it. After we do all the cooking, it's up to you how you wanna eat it. Just the tail? Or do you suck on the head? It's kind of a waste if you do not suck the heads. There so much flavor in there. Just try it once and you won't think twice about sucking the head in the future.
Live Louisiana Crawfish is back in stock! If you ever want to see one, please let us know. Our servers will gladly let you see the one you will eventually eat, haha. This picture definitely puts a different perspective on the crawfish but once they're boiled and cooked in our sauce, you'll quickly forget how they actually look. We just thought it was a cool picture and wanted to post it.
They said it couldn't be done. Well, we did it. While everyone around town is serving frozen crawfish, we somehow magically are able to get fresh shipments of live crawfish! Seriously, no joke. This was extremely hard for us to obtain and we do it all for you! Come on by as soon as you can and take advantage of our fresh stocked, live crawfish. If you have to wait till the weekend, then so be it. But we can't guarantee that we'll still have them.
