It's officially over. The crawfish drought for the year is over. Yes, you may come in and order pounds and pounds of live Louisiana crawfish once again. Don't come in all at once. Otherwise, we might run out again, hehe. Just kidding. We have plenty! You can also get shrimp, clams, and mussels as well. Cause, you know, you should always mix it up once in a while. Don't forget that we have an incredible menu of other, awesome Cajun grub that you can also order. Come have your next gathering at the Fire Crab! We'd love to see ya!

It's about that time when the Louisiana Crawfish season is coming to an end. Happens every year, yet, people are still surprised when it happens. So this post is to let you know that if you enjoy live Louisiana Crawfish, you better come on in soon. Incoming shipments are starting to get less and less. Once we do, will will shift over to the California Crawfish, which will be in season for a few months.

Can you believe it's already September? Time is flying right by. We're fast approaching our 4 year anniversary! What should we do? Let us know! In the mean time, do as this picture says. Don't labor this weekend, especially when it comes time to decide on where to go for lunch or dinner. We still have live crawfish so come on in this weekend and get them while we still got them. And, of course, you'll have to labor a little bit over peeling the crawfish but it's so well worth it. It won't feel like work at all.
Choices include live crawfish, shrimp, peeled shrimp, clams, or mussels. In this picture, you can see that a combination of live crawfish, shrimp, peeled shrimp, and clams. It's up to you and your group's preferences. Some people like regular shrimp and others like peeled shrimp. Sometimes, you need to get them together to really see which one you prefer. It's nice to be able to switch back and forth.
While we encourage you to get dirty and eat our Cajun Seafood Combos with your hands, we'd like to encourage at least a little bit of civility by serving you your combos in a metal bowl. The combos do initially come out in bags but then they are all emptied into metal bowls at your table. If you'd prefer to have your combos stay in the bags, please be sure to let our servers know. They will gladly oblige (plus, less bowls for us to wash). We just find the bags hard to pick out of as a group because it can easily get more than just your hands dirty.
Okay, we know y'all have been craving for some live crawfish. It's the best way to kick off this new year! Our shipments of live crawfish are coming in daily so come on by and get your pounds of it today! We know you want it so we've got it! Of course, we're gonna cook them up and drench them in our Cajun sauce before we serve them to you so don't expect them to be alive at your table. If you want proof, feel free to ask our server. They'll gladly show you a few of the suckers that you'll be eating later on. Just to forewarn you though, they're not that good looking. But they are great-tasting!
Crawfish season is coming to an end for most other cajun restaurants in Little Saigon but not for the Fire Crab! We still got them so come on by to get them before they're all gone! We have shipments still coming in periodically and they're a lot of work to try to get. But it's all worth it because we know y'all love them. We love this picture of this little guy trying to escape. It's like he wanted us to take his picture. Come on by! We're located conveniently off of Garden Grove Boulevard in Garden Grove!
