We currently have 4 varieties in stock: Kumamoto, Kumiai, Bald Point, and Fanny Bay. Each one is available in half dozen orders though if you know what you like, we recommend you get an entire dozen. You can always opt for the sampler which gives you a few of each and you can also get Oyster Shooters. Yes, they are the best aphrodisiacs around town.
Time for some Baked Oysters topped with a spicy mayo spread and multicolored masago! We call them our Ying-Yang Baked Oysters because after you eat them, they'll make you shake it like a salt shaker. They're simply some freshly shucked oysters, topped with our spicy mayo spread and masago and then baked to perfection. Yummy indeed! And perfectly complimentary to our Cajun Seafood Combos.
Yes, we always have fresh oysters. What are they? We always list the current inventory on the home page of our website. Currently, the are Kumamoto, Bald Point, Barron Point, and Fanny Bay. If you'd like a sample of each, we usually have a sampler platter available in a half dozen or a dozen. From wherever you are in Orange County, our fresh oysters are worth the drive! We have sushi chefs from other restaurants come by just to order a few dozen of our oysters nightly. Maybe you should, too.

We do always try to have Kumamotos on hand but there are no guarantees. Sometimes, we have an oyster freak come in and eat up our whole supply. It does happen. Luckily, we usually have at least 4 different types of fresh oysters and they're all sure to be yummy. The time has come for us to officially open our doors! The Fire Crab is set to open its doors this Friday, September 12, 2014! And for the entire weekend, we will have our Grand Opening special which will include buy 2 pounds of crawfish, clams, shrimp, and/or mussels, get a whole pound for FREE! That is a great, super fantastic grand opening special. In addition, we have $2 pint, $8 pitchers of Sapporo or Shock Top. There you go, a special on both food and drink. Next weekend. Be there.
