Whenever you come to visit us, it's never a bad idea to just start out with a dozen raw oysters. You can order them as soon as you come in. That way, by the time you figure out what you want to order, a dozen, freshly shucked oysters will be on their way out to you. They're the perfect appetizer! Because we get them fresh weekly, our variety always changes. Currently, we have Kumamoto (Washington), Shigoku (Washington), Eld Inlet (Washington), 38 North (Maryland), and Fanny Bay (British Columbia). We also check every single oyster as we shuck them to ensure absolute freshness before serving them to you.
Yes, we always have fresh oysters? What are they? They change every week! We always try to have Kumamoto and Fanny Bay and then several other varieties. If you'd like a sample of each, we usually have a sampler platter available in a half dozen or a dozen. From wherever you are in Orange County, our fresh oysters are worth the drive! We have sushi chefs from other restaurants come by just to order a few dozen of our oysters nightly. Maybe you should, too.
That's right. We don't shuck them till you order them. Our variety changes almost every week so be sure to check out our oysters menu whenever you do come in. We always try to at least stock Kumamotos. A lot of times, we'll also Eld Inlet oysters. And sometimes we'll have Fanny Bays or Shigokus. Take your pick! Get a dozen of any or even half a dozen. If you can't decide, we also have a sampler available both in half a dozen or in a dozen. We also check to see if each and every oyster is fresh before we serve them. We hate getting bad oysters, too, so we make sure you don't get any.
