We couldn't really call ourselves a cajun restaurant if we didn't have Cajun Wings, now could we? We have crafted our very own unique blend of cajun spices that you will surely appreciate with every bite of our Cajun Wings. You can order them in a 5 or 10 count and you have other wing flavors to choose from, like Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, and Fish Sauce. Honey BBQ has obviously a sweeter taste to it and the Fish Sauce has a sweet and savory taste to it. Lemon Pepper tastes like lemon and pepper, haha. All 4 have unique tastes of their own and none of them are ever a bad choice!
We don't have to sell you everything on or in a shell. We also have our very, very popular deep fried oysters. Nothing to peel. Nothing to suck. Heck, you'll barely get your hands dirty. We batter up a dozen freshly shucked oysters, deep fry them to perfection, and then serve them to you fresh. You won't be disappointed with this appetizer at all. Our current oysters in stock are Blue Point from New York, Calm Cove from Washington, Kumiai from Baja California, Kumamoto from Washington, and Shigoku from Washington. Yep, 5 varieties to choose from right now.
Okay, maybe it's not the best appetizer in the whole word but in our world, it sure is! Our Cajun Garlic Fries is so popular, our customers automatically order it as soon as they sit down. Well, that and an ice cold beer. If you haven't tried it out you should. It's got all kinds of cajun yumminess happening all over it, with garlic, parsley, and our blend of cajun spices. And don't forget, we also have 6 more types of fries to choose from, in case you ever could get tired of our cajun garlic fries. Yeah, like that would ever happen.
Although we now have 8 different types of fries to choose from, it's all about the Cheddar Fries, baby! Yeah, it obviously has a nice cheesy taste to it. If you want even more cheese on it, you should get our Cajun Chili Fries. They're our latest addition to the menu. If not, there are still 6 more different types of fries to try out, if cheese ain't your thang: French Fries, Cajun Fries, Cheddar Fries, Salt & Vinegar Fries, Cajun Garlic Fries, and Sweet Potato Fries. Yep, that's a lot of different fries.
