Coconut Sea Snails
An item that's always been on our menu but we've neglected to promote until now is our Coconut Sea Snails. The coconut is actually a coconut milk so it's very creamy. It's traditionally a Vietnamese dish but of course, we put our little Fire Crab spin on it :-). You eat it the same way you eat crawfish heads: you suck the little snails out of their shells. If you're too high class for that, you can always use a toothpick, which takes forever. Hey, who cares about manners when you're eating with your hands and leaving a mess all over the tables anyway ;-). Available in regular or spicy!
