At the Fire Crab, we always have at least 4 raw types of oysters in stock. This week, we have Kumamoto, Kumiai, Blue Point, and Calm Cove. We shuck them fresh to order every time and we always check to ensure that we only serve you fresh ones. If there's even a remote possibility that the oyster is bad, we will toss it. If you don't have a preference out of the 4 choices, you can always get the sampler, where you will have 3 freshly shucked oysters of every type. It's a good way to figure out what you prefer.

Our first Oyster Tasting Event will feature 8 different types of oysters! We will be taking reservations for tables of up to 6 people each for 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm. The cost for each table will be $45, which includes 2 dozen oysters of 8 different varieties and a bottle of appropriately paired wine. As the oysters are served, we will be informing you of their origins and how to what to look for in their unique tastes and flavors.
