Peanut 'n Chives is a classic Vietnamese topping for a lot of our drinking foods. We've applied it here, on some of our baked oysters and everyone loves them! It's especially good when you get it on top of freshly shucked oysters, too. And, as you all should know by now, we always have fresh oysters on hand. We have 3 different types of baked oysters.
