We have 3 different types of baked oysters to choose from. There's Dynamite, Peanuts & Chives, and Ying-Yang. As you can see from the picture, Ying-Yang consists of 2 different colored masagos (roes) on a baked oyster, red and black. Every order comes with 3 freshly-shucked oysters and they're only made when you order them. If you like seafood, then this is the dish for you. It's fish eggs on top of an oyster.
